Gator Products LLC

By submitting an order, the customer shall have agreed to purchase the goods subject to Gator Products' terms and conditions. The order is effective only upon acceptance and approval by Gator Products and is evidenced by Gator Products' issuance of an 'order acknowledgement' or invoice.

Unless otherwise expressed by Gator Products in writing, ½ payment shall be due upon customer order, with the remainder (½) due upon completion. Invoice shall be paid in full by U.S. Funds only. Gator Products reserves the right to negotiate terms or orders of any unique or special nature to accommodate the customer.

Prices are F.O.B. Gator Products' factory unless otherwise specified in the quote. All quotations include the standard 3-year warranty in the price and are subject to our standard terms of payment. Quotes include all hardware to assemble the product as well as any added extra features the customer might have.

Typical lead time is 5-6 weeks - however, due to the increase in demand during the holidays, our lead-time during the months of October - December is extended. If the project requires a lot of extra non-standard features, lead time will be increased. Lead time is an estimate only. Gator Products will work with the customer to work out more defined delivery date estimates as the project progresses.
